Amanda was truly outstanding! She was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood, knew exactly how to best sell our home, devised a detailed plan, executed it perfectly, and was on schedule. We had a 2-week vacation planned. In that time Amanda moved and stored our furniture, painted/fixed/cleaned the entire home and yard, fully staged the property, held offers, sold ( for a great price! ), and put the home back as it was by the time we walked through the door!
